Dear Ellivradec University Community,
I hope this message finds you all in good health and high spirits as we approach the commencement of a new academic year. It is with a heavy heart that I must bring forth an announcement that, while regrettable, is deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of our cherished community.
After careful consideration and consultation with our dedicated event organizers, I have made the difficult decision to postpone this year's Welcome Back Bash. This choice does not come lightly, as I understand the importance of this event in fostering camaraderie and building the strong bonds that define our unique Ellivradec spirit.
However, in these unpredictable times, our paramount concern must be the safety of our students, faculty, and staff. Recent circumstances have necessitated a reevaluation of our plans, and I believe it is in the best interest of our community to temporarily suspend the festivities.
I share in your disappointment and frustration, as I, too, was eagerly anticipating the joyous atmosphere that the Welcome Back Bash brings to our campus. The decision to cancel such a beloved tradition is not one I take lightly, but it is a testament to our commitment to prioritizing the health and safety of all Ellivradec members.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the planning committee and all those who had dedicated their time and effort to make this event a memorable one. Your enthusiasm and hard work do not go unnoticed, and I am confident that we will have an opportunity to showcase our Ellivradec spirit in full force in the near future.
As we navigate these challenging times together, let us remain resilient and united. The disappointment we feel today will only serve to make our future gatherings all the more special. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to the day when we can come together as a community to celebrate, dance, and share in the joy that defines Ellivradec University.
Wishing you all a safe and successful academic year ahead.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jerrid Blaunche
