Hey there, fellow bookworms and seekers of the uncanny. Today, I want to dive into the twisted tale of "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. But be warned – this review might just leave you questioning the nature of beauty, morality, and the passage of time.
At its core, "The Picture of Dorian Gray" is a cautionary tale about the pursuit of eternal youth and the consequences of vanity. Wilde's prose is like a dark spell, weaving a narrative that's equal parts enchanting and chilling. From the opulent salons of Victorian London to the seedy underbelly of society, every page is steeped in decadence and debauchery.
But it's the character of Dorian Gray himself who truly steals the show. Blessed with unearthly beauty and cursed with a soul as corrupt as his portrait, Dorian is a figure both alluring and repulsive. As he descends deeper into a life of hedonism and excess, his portrait serves as a chilling reminder of the true cost of his vanity.
Now, here's where things get interesting. As I delved into Dorian's world, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something eerily familiar about his plight. It's almost as if Dorian's portrait serves as a metaphor for something much larger – something lurking beneath the surface of our own reality.
You see, here at Ellivradec University, there's a similar obsession with youth. If you take a look at pictures of Dr. Blaunche from thirty years ago, he looks the exact same as he did today. I couldn't find many of the other staff. It's like they've struck a Faustian bargain, trading their souls for eternal youth and vitality.

Our campus is breaking. People are leaving, or going missing, or dead. I don't know what's happening, and frankly, the behavior of our faculty is ridiculous. We must show our authorities that we demand transparency and safety. Put it in the comments. Share it. Our administration has put us in danger for too long.

Now listen, I'm not much of a trouble-making sort, but I can attest to the fact that weird things are happening and we aren't getting answers. What happened to Annabel and Macy Moore? Why wont they explain what they're working on in the soulology labs? Keep fighting the good fight.
